64 SPACs have come public in the last 120 days, listed here straight from their final IPO prospectuses (424B4 filings) with size, trust funding and unit structure. A fresh SPAC is the asset at its simplest: units sold at $10.00, a trust seeded at or slightly above that, the full 18-to-24-month search runway still unspent.
What to look for in a new listing: whether the sponsor overfunded the trust (a starting value above $10.00 is a real, immediate cushion), how rich the unit sweetener is (a whole warrant signals a harder sell than a quarter-warrant), and who the sponsor's previous vehicles were. Components begin trading separately around 52 days after the IPO, which is when the unit price stops being the only quote and the share can find its own level against trust.
