Detection runs on 425 communications and S-4/F-4 registration statements, so names land here the day the paperwork does.
Pricing in this table carries information the announcement headline doesn't. A pending-deal SPAC hugging its trust value is the market declining to pay anything for the deal; a premium is a live bet on the target; and because holders keep the right to redeem until the vote, prices materially under trust are rare and short-lived here. Watch the next-event column — the gap between announcement and vote routinely runs four to nine months, and the headline valuation usually understates the post-close share count along the way.

Can I still get my money back after a SPAC announces a merger?
Yes — announcement changes nothing about the redemption right. Every holder can take their pro-rata trust value up to the deadline before the merger vote. That vote is the final window: after it, remaining shares ride the combined company wherever it goes.
Why does a SPAC with a signed deal trade at a premium to trust?
The premium is pure deal optimism: buyers paying above the cash floor are betting the post-merger shares will be worth more than trust value. It is also the amount they stand to lose if the market's enthusiasm fades before they exit, since redemption only ever returns trust value.
