Antony Sheriff (born 1963 in Switzerland) is a dual American and Italian national and a veteran executive in the automotive and luxury sectors. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Rimac Group, the Croatia-based electric hypercar and technology company, having been appointed in November 2024 to allow founder Mate Rimac to focus on leading Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Technology. Sheriff is also Deputy CEO of Bugatti Rimac and a Board Director at ProLogium, the solid-state battery manufacturer. In January 2026, he was appointed as an independent director of OneIM Acquisition Corp., a blank-check company sponsored by One Investment Management that priced a $250 million IPO (closing at $287.5 million with overallotment) on the Nasdaq. His role on the SPAC's board brings significant industrial and operational depth, complementing the financial expertise of the OneIM leadership team.
Sheriff's career spans some of the most iconic names in automotive and marine engineering. He began as a consultant at McKinsey & Company after earning a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Engineering from Swarthmore College and an M.S. in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management (1986–1988), where he contributed to the landmark book "The Machine that Changed the World," named Financial Times Book of the Year in 1990. He then spent approximately eight years at Fiat Auto in Turin, joining in 1995 as Executive Director of Product Development for all Fiat, Lancia, and Alfa Romeo vehicles before being promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2002. In January 2003, he moved to McLaren Automotive as Managing Director, a role he held for a decade. There, he launched the Mercedes-Benz SLR partnership and subsequently built McLaren into a standalone luxury sports car brand, overseeing development of the MP4-12C (the world's best-selling carbon-fibre-based car, with 1,700 orders before reaching showrooms and 1,587 units sold in its first full year generating £267 million in revenue) and the P1, a $1 million hybrid supercar whose 375-unit production run sold out within twelve months and became the world's first hybrid supercar in customer hands. He also conceived the 650S and the Sports Series before departing in February 2013.
In January 2016, Sheriff joined Princess Yachts as Chairman and CEO, leading the British luxury motor yacht manufacturer through a period of significant growth. Under his stewardship, the company achieved record profits
This record is keyed to SEC CIK 0002025833 — the identifier this person files under in their own name. Every vehicle above is a filing made under that CIK, so “the same person on two shells” is a fact about an SEC identifier rather than about a name that happens to match.
Roles are the strings the filings used, in the order they were filed. Nothing on this page ranks them, infers seniority, or offers a reason why any two of these names recur — a recurrence is a count, and the filings that produced it are linked beside every row. We also hold 67 institutional-holder rows on these vehicles, under 45 distinct name strings, and none of them is counted across vehicles: that table has no CIK column, and matching holders by name would merge firms that are not the same firm.
