Tse Meng Ng is a Singapore-based financier and businessman currently serving as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RF Acquisition Corp III, a blank check company targeting deep technology businesses in Asia. He has held this role since September 2025. In addition to leading RF Acquisition Corp III, Mr. Ng serves as the Chairman and CEO of RF Acquisition Corp II since February 2024, and as an Independent Director of GCL Global Holdings Ltd since February 2025. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of Ruifeng Wealth Management Pte Ltd, a Singapore Capital Markets Services licensed financial institution regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, which he established in February 2019. Through Ruifeng, which is a subsidiary of the publicly listed 2345 Network Technological Co. Ltd, Mr. Ng and his team provide fund management services to ultra-high net worth individuals.
Mr. Ng began his career in 1998 at Citibank N.A., where he managed a team of banking staff at a young age. He subsequently joined Credit Suisse as a Director, where he helped form the team covering the North Asia markets and contributed the most net new money for the firm between 2008 and 2009. From May 2014 to January 2019, he served as the Managing Director of Credit Agricole, an international full-service banking group. Throughout his banking career, he was recognized for his excellence in wealth management, notably being voted ‘Outstanding Young Private Banker’ in 2011 by Private Banker International, a leading journal for the global wealth management industry. He earned a B.S. in Business from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Mr. Ng has an extensive track record in the SPAC market, leading a series of RF Acquisition vehicles. He previously served as the Chairman and CEO of RF Acquisition Corp, which raised $115 million in its IPO in March 2022 and successfully completed its business combination with GCL Global Holdings Ltd in February 2025.
