Brian Pratt has served as a member of our board of directors and non-executive chairman of the board since September 2025. Mr. Pratt has also served as a member of the board of directors and non-executive chairman of the board of Legato III since November 2023. He served as the non-executive chairman of the board of Legato II from November 2021 until it completed its business combination with Southland in February 2023 and served as a member of the board of directors of Southland until May 2024.
