Jeffrey M. Tuder (often referred to as Jeff) is a veteran private equity and public securities investor with over 20 years of investment experience, currently serving as Co-Chairman and CFO of Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. (DAAQ) and CFO of Space Asset Acquisition Corp. (SAAQ) since September 2025. He is also a Partner at Ambina Partners, a private investment firm. Tuder has built a career working closely with executive management teams and board members of both public and private companies to define and achieve strategic objectives and to protect and enhance shareholder value. His public equity and hedge fund experience includes leadership roles at JHL Capital Group, KSA MidOcean, and Tremson Capital Management, while his private equity and fixed income experience spans positions at Fortress Investment Group, Nassau Capital (Princeton University's Endowment), ABS Capital Partners, and CapitalSource Finance.
Tuder holds an extensive portfolio of board seats across public companies and SPACs. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Inseego Corp. (NASDAQ: INSG) in June 2017 as an independent director, where he continues to serve and receive equity grants. He serves as a Class III Director of GCT Semiconductor Holding Inc. (GCTS), a position in which he has received regular option awards dating back to at least mid-2024. He is a Director and 10% owner (through RAAQ Sponsor LLC alongside Peter Ort) of Real Asset Acquisition Corp. (RAAQ) and Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. (DAAQ), and he serves as a Director of Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. (PURR). Earlier in his career, Tuder served as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for MRV Communications (NASDAQ: MRVC), a publicly traded telecommunications network equipment provider, and he served on the Board of Advisors of Clique, a privately held voice communications solutions provider. UK Companies House records also show a personal appointment from July 2016 to August 2019 at a UK-registered entity, with a London correspondence address at 71-75 Shelton Street, WC2H 9JQ.
Tuder is a graduate of Yale University, where he earned a B.A. in English Literature. His investment and restructuring expertise has been recognized across multiple sectors, with Inseego's lead independent director Bob Pons noting that Tuder's extensive investment and restructuring experience and industry knowledge would be invaluable as the company worked to establish itself as a leading SaaS and solutions provider for the Internet of Things. Tuder's insider trading activity reflects ongoing, active involvement across his portfolio of public company board roles, with regular equity and option grants at Inseego, GCT Semiconductor, Hyperliquid Strategies, and the RAAQ/DAAQ SPAC vehicles, underscoring his deep engagement with early-stage and growth-oriented public companies in technology, digital assets, and telecommunications.
This record is keyed to SEC CIK 0001671976 — the identifier this person files under in their own name. Every vehicle above is a filing made under that CIK, so “the same person on two shells” is a fact about an SEC identifier rather than about a name that happens to match.
Roles are the strings the filings used, in the order they were filed. Nothing on this page ranks them, infers seniority, or offers a reason why any two of these names recur — a recurrence is a count, and the filings that produced it are linked beside every row. We also hold 195 institutional-holder rows on these vehicles, under 74 distinct name strings, and none of them is counted across vehicles: that table has no CIK column, and matching holders by name would merge firms that are not the same firm.
