Robert Jones , Age 69, has served as an independent director on our Board of Directors since May 2026. Mr. Jones has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. From 2004 until his retirement in 2019, he served as President and CEO of Old National Bancorp and as a member of the board of directors, being elected chairman of the board in 2016. Before joining Old National Bancorp, Mr. Jones served for 25 years at KeyCorp in a variety of roles. In addition, Mr. Jones served on the Board of Vectren Corp. and was Chair of their Finance Committee and served on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Board of Directors, where he was a member of its Executive Committee and chaired the Audit Committee. He also chaired the American Bankers Association’s Bankers Council as well as the Mid -Size Bank Coalition, and was Chair of the Evansville Regional Business Committee from 2012 – 2019. Mr. Jones is a 1979 Graduate of Ashland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration.
