David J. From 2000 to 2003, Horin was a Senior Manager in KPMG LLP's Department of Professional Practice (National Office) and Transaction Services practice in New York, where he was one of fifteen professionals selected for a prestigious worldwide rotational assignment advising firm members and clients on technical accounting, auditing, and SEC filing matters related to mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, financial reporting, capital structure formation, and stock-based compensation. He was also a contributing author to KPMG's "Defining the Digital Future: Business and Accounting Issues" published in November 2000. In September 2014, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of WPCS International Incorporated (NASDAQ: WPCS), a communications infrastructure contracting and digital currency trading platform company.
