Allegro Merger Corp. and SEEQC, Inc. call off their merger
Allegro Merger Corp. terminated its merger agreement with SEEQC, Inc., a Superconducting quantum computing chips company.
The agreement was announced on Friday 16 January, and shareholders voted on Thursday 9 July.
A $65M PIPE is recorded alongside the deal, though no filing we hold states it, and the combined company is to trade as SEQC.
