Jennifer Goforth is an Independent Director of ARC Group Securities Acquisition I (NASDAQ: FJDIU), a blank check company that recently completed a $105 million IPO in August 2026. She has extensive global experience gained through international assignments in Germany, South Korea, and China. A passionate advocate for GM's Zero Emissions Vision, she previously served as vehicle line director for the Spark EV, chief engineer for the Bolt EV, chief engineer for the Bolt EUV, and chief engineer for the Blazer EV.
Goforth is actively involved in industry and educational initiatives. She serves as a member of the I-CAR Board of Directors and is a trustee of the SAE Foundation. A 30-year member of SAE, she began her involvement as a team member for Marquette University’s Formula SAE Team and has volunteered for A World in Motion for a decade. She also supports culture and talent development at GM as a member of the Women’s Advisory Board and executive champion for GM’s Latino Network Warren Chapter.
