What changed: Q1 2021 10-Q for ABG Acquisition Corp. I, the Ally Bridge Group healthcare vehicle at 430 Park Avenue, covering the quarter of its float. At 31 March 2021 investments held in trust were $150,650,173 - $150,650,000 deposited plus $173 of income - with $739,294 of operating cash and working capital of about $1.3 million. Balance sheet: 14,163,311 Class A subject to possible redemption at $141,633,111, 1,402,989 non-redeemable Class A, 3,766,250 Class B, deferred underwriting commissions $5,272,750 and no warrant liability. Net loss for the quarter $164,380. Why it matters: The absence of a warrant liability is the point. This is one of four filings in this slice - with Thoma Bravo Advantage, Omega Alpha SPAC and SVF Investment Corp. 2 - whose sponsor bought private placement SHARES rather than warrants, so the SEC's April 2021 statement on SPAC warrant accounting left their balance sheets untouched while their peers were restating. The trust is quoted with its 31 March 2021 date and written to no column; 15,065,000 public shares at $10.00 plus 501,300 placement shares reconcile to the cover.

Filed quarterly in the 10-Q's XBRL. It earns interest between filings, so the figure on a given day is slightly higher than the last filed one — where we show that we label it an estimate.
